No Bounds Wellness Membership

A workout program and community designed with you in mind.

No Bounds Wellness offers efficient, effective and enjoyable workouts that allow you to become a stronger, more confident rider without requiring you to spend hours in the gym to reach your goals.

Members receive access to five unique workouts per week that each take less than 30 minutes to complete. 

The workouts emphasize balance, mobility and increased strength to improve your riding, but they will be beneficial to anyone who puts in the work! 

In addition to the workouts, members will receive educational trainings, recipes, general nutrition guidance, accountability and a community of likeminded women with a common goal of focusing on self-improvement & becoming a stronger rider. 

There are no prerequisites and modifications are provided for all fitness levels.

Additional Information

  • What equipment do I need?
    All workouts can be performed at home or in the gym. A set of dumbbells and resistance bands are recommended, but the workouts can be completed using bodyweight or household / barn items as well!
  • How will I receive the workouts?
    All workouts will be delivered via an app where you have the option to track your workouts and log your reps & weight used (not required).
  • Are there videos of the workouts?
    Yes! You will have the option to follow the full-length workout with me coaching you through it, or if you prefer self-paced workouts, there will be a demonstration video for each exercise and you can do the workout at your own pace. Form is extremely important to receive the most benefit from each workout and to prevent injury!
  • What does the workout schedule look like?
    You can complete the workouts following any schedule that is convenient for you, but the general schedule is: Monday - Conditioning Day (higher intensity) Tuesday - Upper Body Wednesday - Legs + Glutes Thursday - Core + Upper Body (shoulder focused) Friday - Full Body Workouts will be loaded in the app each Sunday for the coming week.
  • Do I need to have Facebook?
    You do not! All workouts can be accessed via the app, but the Facebook group will be an additional place for support, education, community, recipes and motivation.
  • What if I don't have time to work out every day?
    I get it, we're all busy and don't have hours to spend in the gym! Busy with work, taking care of our families, keeping horses exercised and trying to find time for ourselves. That's exactly why I created this program - to help you reach your aesthetic goals, improve strength for riding, and simply feel great, without sacraficing your life. Each workout is designed to give you the biggest bang for your time, in less than 30 minutes per day. If you only have the availability to workout three days per week, I recommend prioritizing: Legs & Glutes, Upper Body and Full Body.
  • Do you offer modifications?
    Absolutely! These workouts are designed for all levels - those who are brand new to exercising, to those who have been consistent gym-goers for years. The demonstration videos will provide modifications when applicable. It's important to remember that we are all at different places in our fitness journey and your only competition is yourself, so go at your own pace and let's improve together!
  • What nutrition guidance is available?
    Members have access to general nutrition guidance to understand the importance of making healthy choices, how to live in balance with your nutrition and how to be successful or without tracking your food, as well as weekly recipes. Nutrition topics will be discussed in detail with monthly educational trainings and resources. If you're looking for personalized guidance and additional accountability, Kollie also offers nutrition consultations and one-on-one nutrition coaching.
